Jako Antalya Courier bychom vás podle Zákona o ochraně osobních údajů č. 6698 ('KVKK') jako správce údajů rádi informovali o procesech shromažďování, zpracování a ochrany vašich osobních údajů.

1. Správce Údajů

As the data controller, Antalya Kurye operates at Bayındır Mahallesi, Bülent Ecevit Bulvarı Muratpaşa / ANTALYA. The personal data you share during your courier service request — including name, surname, phone number, email address, delivery address, and location information — is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the service. Under KVKK Law No. 6698, we are obligated to protect your personal data and process it in accordance with the law. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Zpracovávané Osobní Údaje

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except those specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Your data is processed only for the performance of the service, fulfillment of legal obligations, and customer support processes. We maintain detailed records of all data processing activities and regularly audit our data handling practices to ensure full compliance with KVKK requirements.

3. Právní Důvody pro Zpracování Osobních Údajů

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to Antalya Kurye as the data controller to request information about your personal data, request correction or deletion. Your requests will be responded to within a maximum of 30 days. To exercise your rights, you can submit a written application to our registered address or send an email to our registered email address with secure electronic signature.

4. Vaše Práva Podle KVKK

Your data security is our priority. Your personal data is stored on servers protected against unauthorized access, and all data transfers are encrypted with SSL certification. Our systems undergo regular security testing. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, and staff training on data protection.

  • Požádat o informace, pokud byly vaše osobní údaje zpracovány,
  • Zjistit účel zpracování vašich osobních údajů a zda jsou používány v souladu s tímto účelem,
  • Znát třetí strany, kterým jsou vaše osobní údaje předávány v tuzemsku nebo v zahraničí,
  • Požádat o opravu, pokud byly vaše osobní údaje zpracovány neúplně nebo nesprávně,
  • Požádat o výmaz vašich osobních údajů v rámci podmínek stanovených v článku 7 Zákona.

5. Způsob Podání Žádosti

Pro uplatnění svých práv můžete podávat žádosti písemně nebo prostřednictvím své registrované e-mailové adresy na bilgi@antalyakurye.evni.tr.
