Als Antalya Koerier willen wij u, in overeenstemming met de Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens nr. 6698 ('KVKK'), als gegevensbeheerder informeren over het verzamelen, verwerken en beschermen van uw persoonsgegevens.

1. Gegevensbeheerder

As the data controller, Antalya Kurye operates at Bayındır Mahallesi, Bülent Ecevit Bulvarı Muratpaşa / ANTALYA. The personal data you share during your courier service request — including name, surname, phone number, email address, delivery address, and location information — is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling the service. Under KVKK Law No. 6698, we are obligated to protect your personal data and process it in accordance with the law. Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Uw Verwerkte Persoonsgegevens

Your personal data is not shared with third parties except those specified in Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK. Your data is processed only for the performance of the service, fulfillment of legal obligations, and customer support processes. We maintain detailed records of all data processing activities and regularly audit our data handling practices to ensure full compliance with KVKK requirements.

3. Juridische Grondslagen voor Verwerking van Persoonsgegevens

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may apply to Antalya Kurye as the data controller to request information about your personal data, request correction or deletion. Your requests will be responded to within a maximum of 30 days. To exercise your rights, you can submit a written application to our registered address or send an email to our registered email address with secure electronic signature.

4. Uw Rechten Onder KVKK

Your data security is our priority. Your personal data is stored on servers protected against unauthorized access, and all data transfers are encrypted with SSL certification. Our systems undergo regular security testing. We have implemented technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk, including encryption, access controls, and staff training on data protection.

5. Aanvraagmethode

Om uw rechten uit te oefenen, kunt u uw aanvragen schriftelijk of via uw geregistreerde e-mailadres indienen bij bilgi@antalyakurye.evni.tr.
