Courier Service Agreement

This Courier Agreement determines the business partnership rules and working standards between the drivers (Courier) who will perform courier activities as independent contractors or personnel through the Antalya Courier platform and the platform management (Management).

1. Courier Obligations and Safety

All couriers performing deliveries under the Antalya Courier brand are obliged to comply with the following:

• Maintain complete legal inspections, traffic insurance and driver's license class requirements for vehicles.
• Use occupational safety and driving safety equipment such as helmet, protective jacket and gloves completely while driving.
• Strictly comply with speed limits and traffic rules; not risk pedestrian or environmental safety for package delivery.
• Display a friendly, respectful and professional attitude when receiving and delivering shipments.

2. Package Security and Confidentiality

The courier may not open, inspect or show the contents of the packages to third parties. Packages must be delivered intact to the recipient against signature or delivery code, preserving their physical condition from the moment of pickup.

3. Working Hours and Payments

Freelance business partners can take active duties during the hours they log into the system. Payments and courier shares are transferred to the courier's bank account at the periods agreed in the contract, based on distance-calculated amounts.

4. Termination of the Agreement

In the event of intentional violation of traffic rules, customer complaints, compromise of package security or detection of unethical behavior, the Management has the right to immediately terminate the agreement unilaterally and without compensation.
