1. Service Description

Antalya Courier is a digital platform providing information on motorcycle courier, urgent delivery, VIP delivery and cargo logistics services, a dynamic distance/price calculation engine, and direct ordering via WhatsApp.

2. Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

The accuracy of distance (KM), weight (KG) and delivery speed data entered in the price calculation module is the user's responsibility. If a different weight or distance is detected when the courier arrives at the address, the price will be updated within the framework of the transport agreement terms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, code, logos, graphics and design elements on the site belong to Antalya Courier. Unauthorized copying, reproduction or use on other platforms is prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our platform cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from technical interruptions or temporary access problems on the website. In service procurements, the primary responsibilities between parties are subject to the terms of the signed Transport Agreement. Users agree to use the website in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Right to Amend

Antalya Courier reserves the right to make changes to these Terms of Use at any time. The current terms shall be deemed effective from the moment they are published on the site.
