Transport Agreement

This Transport Agreement regulates the rights, debts and responsibilities between the Sender and the Carrier undertaking the transportation activity for Antalya Courier.

1. Unacceptable Packages

The Carrier has the right to absolutely refuse to receive and transport shipments of the following nature:

• Illegal, unlicensed or legally prohibited substances (weapons, drugs, etc.).
• Flammable, explosive, acidic or chemical substances that may endanger courier safety.
• Medical or chemical waste requiring special authorization for disposal or transportation.
• Bulky items that do not fit in the transport bag, may disrupt motorcycle balance or exceed weight limits.

2. Delivery Processes and Delays

The Carrier exercises maximum care to deliver the package within the committed time limits. However, the Carrier cannot be held responsible for delays due to force majeure.

3. Sender and Recipient Information

The Sender is responsible for providing clear, accurate and complete addresses. An additional distance fee is charged for deliveries that cannot be completed due to incorrect address notification.

4. Loss and Damage Compensation

In the event that shipments under the Carrier's responsibility are damaged or lost during transport due to the Carrier's fault, compensation is paid to the Sender within insurance limits.

5. Dispute Resolution

Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement.
