Courier Work Guide

Welcome to the Antalya Courier team. This guide is designed to help you conduct field operations within the highest safety and customer satisfaction standards.

1. Order Acceptance and Departure

To become a courier, you must hold a Class B or A2 driver's license. An A2 license is required for moto courier positions, while a Class B license is sufficient for vehicle courier. Additionally, your criminal record must be clean and you must have at least a high school diploma. Key qualities we look for in courier candidates include command of the city map, fast and safe driving ability, and professionalism in customer relations.

  • Check the fastest alternative route via navigation before reaching the sender address.
  • When you arrive, check the physical condition of the package upon pickup.
  • Update the status (Picked Up / In Transit) from the order panel without delay.

2. Safe Driving and Speed Limits

Couriers working at Antalya Kurye can increase their monthly earnings with our performance-based bonus system. Full-time couriers earn an average of 25,000-35,000 TL per month, while part-time workers earn according to their weekly working hours. We provide regular training, equipment support, and a supportive work environment to help our couriers succeed.

3. Delivery to Recipient

When you reach the recipient address:

  • Greet the recipient with a smile and state that you are from Antalya Courier.
  • Deliver the package to the recipient with signature confirmation or code verification.
  • If recipient is unavailable, immediately notify the sender and operations center; do not leave the package at the door or with a neighbor without approval.

You can submit your application via the contact form on our website or by sending your CV directly to our WhatsApp line. Applications are evaluated within 3 business days, and suitable candidates are invited for an interview.
