General Questions
QHow soon can I get a courier?
As soon as we receive your request, our operations centre starts planning the route. If you choose Express courier or VIP courier, your order gets top priority and is dispatched immediately. For standard orders, couriers are assigned based on their current workload in your area.
QWhich regions do you serve?
We serve all central districts and tourism regions of Antalya: Muratpaşa, Konyaaltı, Kepez, Lara, Kundu Hotels Region, Döşemealtı, Aksu and Antalya Airport (AYT) arrival/departure passenger terminals.
QDo you have a night courier service?
Yes, our courier service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can safely call a courier to send urgent pharmacy orders (non-prescription items), documents, packages, or keys — even at midnight.
Pricing & Payment
QHow are courier prices within Antalya determined?
Our prices include VAT, and delivery starts from 200 TL. The rate depends on the distance — the farther you send, the lower the per-kilometre cost. For more detail, check our pricing guide or use our price calculator.
QHow can I pay the courier fee?
You can pay in cash (at the door or at the sender's address), by bank transfer, or via a WhatsApp payment link after order confirmation.
QDo the prices include VAT?
Yes, all prices shown in our calculator include the legal 20% VAT. We provide transparent invoicing.
Transport Rules & Legal Limits
QWhat is the maximum weight of packages that can be carried on a motorcycle?
In accordance with the Road Transport Regulation, motorcycle couriers can carry packages up to a maximum of 30 kg per trip. All loads over 30 kg are handled by our vehicle couriers.
QWhich products are prohibited from being transported?
Our couriers only transport legal items compliant with Turkish law. The transport of prescription medicines, narcotics/prohibited substances, explosive/flammable chemicals, cash, or precious metals is strictly prohibited.
QAre shipments insured?
Yes, all official documents and standard packages carried by our couriers are covered by transport insurance. Extra security measures apply to valuable shipments at the point of delivery.
